2 eggs
2 cups of all Purpose Flour
3 TBs of Butter
1and half cup of Milk
Quarter cup of sugar (to taste)
1tbsp of Baking powder
Salt(a pinch)
Oil (for frying)

In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, milk and butter and whisk together and set aside.
In another bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt,  mix together and make a hole at the center.
Now pour in the wet ingredients
Whisk / mix it up all the ingredients until it forms a smooth bater.
Heat a griddle or a frying pan over a medium heat
Pour about 1 or 2 teaspoon of oil in the pan,  then ladle the bater into the pan
Rotate and tilt the pan to evenly the bater into a round shape
Cook until the bater solidifies, then flip to the other side
Cook the other side for about 30 to 40 seconds
Remove from heat and serve.
